Limey - 2019
With the introduction of the Lime scooter service to Brisbane I set out to document how the electric vehicles interacted with both Brisbane’s inhabitants and the city itself. In Brisbane’s hot and humid summer weather the scooters became ubiquitous as people recognised their utility yet also were indifferent to their presence at the same time. In some instances the scooters were obstacles to the free movement of people but conversely some riders sliced through pedestrian traffic with ease.

ENVIRO - Queensland Festival of Photography 2014
As a photographic artist I am intent on capturing scenes that provide an opportunity for the viewer to evaluate and query situations that feature everyday environments. I see these images as not only containing simple backgrounds but being rich constructs that encourage the viewer to question the back-story of both the subject and environment, as well as the interplay between them.
